Sounds fairly typical. The whole website seems to be fraught (sp?) with problems.

Hummm.. gets no better - I rang the Premier team and they checked the booking and flight etc. They couldn't see the problem either - at least they took the API details - never mind I can't see the UC desks being that busy!
