Changing Reward Flight

Hello Everyone,

I have a UC Reward Flight that I booked before the redemption rates were increased, I would now like to change the date (and only the date) bringing the flight forward by a day. There is availability.

Though I understand that I will probably have to pay the change fee (£25???) will I have to pay the extra miles now that the redemptions rates have increased??

I have something similar recently - moving two tickets back a month and then again by a further two months.

There was no additional mileage charge even thought the tickets were originally booked under old rates. Also if you are FC Au - as your avatar suggests - then there is no fee for doing this.

Yup, date changes (within original validity) are fine. It's the route changes that are causing the sting.

Called them up and changed the dates no fuss no problems and hardly any wait on the phones.
