Gatwick Clubhouse Menus

Could someone tell me what to expect foodwise at the Gatwick Clubhouse? (Our flight departs at 9.15am)

Do you just go in and take a seat and someone comes over to take your order?

If you have pre-booked a treatment how do you let them know you are in the clubhouse?

Our treatment is booked for 7am and didnt know when to go to the clubhouse to allow us plenty of time for treatment / breakfast etc.We are staying at the Hilton the night before and will be doing the twilight check in the day before.(Despite the fact i wanted to walk the red carpet and get treated as a VIP on the day and leave my husband in the PE queue[}:)])

OK, several points to attack here .

First, you can expect a range of four or five hot breakfasts, plus there is a buffet selection of pastries, muffins etc. There's also a full selection of soft and alcoholic drinks. Yes, someone will come and over and take your order but you can always approach the bar if you want to.

You can confirm your treatment at the salon which is just along from the reception desk. 7am is an early treatment time - I'm pretty sure that's when the CH opens. Seems to me you will have to eat after your treatment, but there should be sufficient time.

If you are flying UC and your husband PE, he can accompany you at UC checkin - although perhaps you don't want him to?! I wouldn't say twilight check-in is worth it if you are flying UC. The queue for UC should be minimal.

One correction to Onionz reply.

If you are lucky and have some decent staff on they will come over to you otherwise they will ignore you and try to make it look like they didn't see you enter so you have to go up to the bar and order it, then they will get the order wrong, drop a plate of sauce all down your trousers and miss a drink out all together.

And not I am not exagerating, this is exactly what happened to me on one occasion.

I wouldnt bother with twi-check, its not really geared up for PE and UC pax, its really for economy passengers that want to beat the queues the next day. There will be no seperate queue for you that night but if you use regular check-in in the morning you can stroll right up the red carpet.
