Does anyone know how on the ball VH are with their tickets. All their paperwork states 10-14 days before travel and their website states that 7 days should be given for receipt after they are sent. That is a lot of days. I normally panic over tickets as I start to get excited around now. I have 16 days to go and they are not sent so it won't make it in the 10 days before. Can someone who has used them help chill me![:(]

Never had a prob with VH and tickets, usually arrive between 1 and 2 weeks before and our accommodation voucher for our US trip arrived exactly 2 weeks before.

Why not just give VH a quick call and check if they have been posted, it will put your mind at ease and if there are any problems will mean there is still time to get them resolved and save any last minute panics.

Dont go off the ticket status bit in the 'manage my booking' section on the VH web site as that bit of their system never works and stays on 7 days all the time even when you receive your tickets. It often just says 'Tickets not sent yet'

Mine have been anywhere between 21 days and 24 hours before my flight [:0]

As Neil says though, they should be able to tell you if you give them a call.

Just to echo Neil's and James' experiences, we've used VH once or twice a year for the past 9 years and in that time have had only two hiccoughs. One where they sent everything out a full 12 weeks before the trip (so not really a problem), and the other where the name on the ticket didn't match the name on the passport. This was entirely our fault and was sorted in about 10 minutes at the airport...
