Hello

I am currently a FC Silver member. Looking at my account online today, it tells me that I need 28 tier points to reach Gold status.I currently have 12. I anticipate taking 3 round trip flights in PE this year, therefore gaining 18 tier points. Does this mean that I will have 30 tier points and therefore be eligible for Gold? My husband reckons this isn't the case(it's ok for him! He's already got Gold status!) Can anyone help with this one?

Many thanks

Nope, you'll be 10 short by the sound of it.

You'll need 40 to qualify for Gold, you have 12 and *need* 28 (as the website is telling you). You'll earn 18 with your 3 x PE flights, and therefore be 10 short of the 40 required.

Take and extra couple of trips :) You'll then only need 30 points to re-qualify in 2005.

Thanks for the info Pix. Probably won't get a chance to make the extra flights needed. Still, can always travel along with hubby to enjoy the Clubhouses etc!
