Hi,

My family has booked Upper Class flights with VA out from LGW to Orlando and back Washington to LHR for early next year. My 2 children are aged 12 and 9. We have not flown VA before now.

I was just a bit confused as to whether my children will be allowed access to the Clubhouses at Gatwick, Washington and Revivals at Heathrow as we saw this page when googling up about them recently.

http://www.virginholidays.co.uk/extras/airport%5Flounges/info/lounges%5Fclubhouse/gatwick.aspx

Is this a change of policy excluding under 12s or just to keep the number of kids down for lounge access vouchers? We are not travelling with Virgin Holidays we have just booked Upper Class flight tickets with VA direct through its web site. We have not used the lounges before so do not know much about them. It would be a shame to pay all that money and for my kids not to be able to enjoy the facilities.

Many thanks for any advice in advance. :)

The link you're referring to relates to "paid" access for the clubhouse that can be purchased by customers booking with VH. Your kids (as UC passengers)will be welcome in the Clubhouses and Revivals. If you do a search (under clubhouse and revivals) you'll find loads of information about both.

Sorry - forgot to say welcome.

yes, we fly to MCO and my 5 year old has access to the clubhouses as he has his own UC ticket. He can also take in a guest.
