When does the AU companion ticket get posted ?

I appear to have qualified for another Virgin Credit Card companion ticket, which is listed on my FC account as an April 2008, although it appears that it arrived on my account in the last few days. So I am expecting I need to use it by July 2008.

I reached Gold in December, and renewed it in March. So I will still be Gold next year, and therefore qualify for a second free ticket. Can someone please let me know when this will be posted to my account, as I'd like to try and use the two together for a special trip.

Gold companion tickets get posted on Gold renewal, so it'll be December/January (your anniversary).

Hi there

I think im right in saying that you can only use one companion reward at a time !.... I looked into this some time ago and I seem to remember the T's & C's saying this..... Im sure someone will confirm or correct this.

Well, I think I should be able to make a booking, 1 ticket plus 1 free. And then a second booking 1 ticket plus 1 free ? No ?
Thinking about it, it is a companion ticket, so you could well be right.

I think it's more that you can't use 2 companion tickets against 1 paid ticket.

Buy 2 paid tickets however and you can use 1 companion ticket against each of them, no probs.

Im not sure whether you are talking about all of those bookings being on one trip ? If its one trip then it goes without saying that you can only book one ticket and therefore only take take one companion (if my understanding of T's & C's are correct). If its separate trips you will be fine.

What I was thinking was buying 3 tickets and getting 2 free on the same trip, as as mentioned above, this may not work.

if not, I'll buy 1, get 1 free and work out what is best miles / purchase wise to get the other tickets.
