Give yourself extra time today

Just seen the local news and MAN has suffered a complete lose of power over-night. All 3 terminals are open but are all effected as computers are down and check-in is having to be done manually.

So if you are heading to MAN today, give yourself extra time and expect delays.

I notice on the BAA website that many of this morning's flights to LHR have been cancelled

Does the Security run on a backup as well because, i would say that is just as important for the saftey of the passengers that it is running on backup power
