I have 3 longhauls lined up with VA.
Like others I've lost my Economy seat requests but PE remains unaffected.
I also couldn't access one of my flights, so called and was told there has been a change of aircraft and times.
We are now on an airbus but I don't recognise the seat config??

It's got row 1 and 2 5 seats across

then row 11 to 13 6 seats across

Galleys etc then

row 15 and 16 6 rows across

rows 31 through to 44 2 4 2 config

exits then

45 to 60 2 4 2

I have chosen row 57 and 58 as the plane narrows for the last 2 rows and have only 2 3 2 at this point.

Does anyone recognise this aircraft as I'm thinking it's not a Virgin one?
Also had I booked PE on the return leg (only done this outbound) what kind of seats would I get??
Any ideas???

that looks like it might be the leisure config 340 for the LGW run. Where is that flight to?

montego bay to gatwick 14th April vs066. Our outbound ac remains unaffected.
There seems to be no UC or PE equivs, so I'd imagine PE customers would be bumped as it's Easter and pretty full?
I really hope it has IFE and is safe as I've just overcome a fear of flying...

Hello rachie,

Looks like your on the same aircraft as me going to the same destination, but we fly a week later than you, there is lots of info and a couple of photos of what the plane might be like interior wise on the thread ''will I be on a rubbish plane'' I cant say Im overly chuffed about it, especially as its our firt and most likley our last Virgin PE flight, but ahh well, not much I can do about it so might aswell just get on with it eh?! We decided to only upgrade outbound and do economy inbound as we are staying at Beaches Negril and already costing a fortune, However looking at the PE space your seatpitch will be 47' which sounds like a good deal, although there are only 30 PE equivs on this plane and 10 UC so a possibility of pax being bumped??

SNAP! we are also staying at Beaches Negril [:D] I think anyone who has booked UC is going to be very dissapointed, there is a big difference between the old SQ first class and Virgins suites. PE might work out ok, 47' is brilliant leg room, I just hope that we will have decent IFE. I wonder if they will offer upgrades to the 10 UC seats at a significantly reduced rate?
