2 Seat rows 744

Booked onto VS79 01/01/09 ( complete with sore head![:$] )
According to VH, they are showing no availability of seats 61-64A&C and 61-64H&K on the 744.We have travelled in these seats before and like the fact that there are just 2 seats in the row.

I am wondering if this is normal? perhaps VS allocate these seats to travelling crew?

Any thoughts much appreciated

That's because they are no longer pre-bookable and are being sold for a small premium.

I always used to try and get those seats on the 744, but because of the change in policy I have now paid to upgrade to PE on my next trip as I was worried I might be out of luck at the airport...
