Hi, Does anybody know if it would be possible for members to transfer their miles into another account? I recently took my elderly parents on holiday. They now have miles that they will never use.

The only way they can be used is if there is enough there for them to be used against a reward or upgrade ticket for one or more legs of a journey for you or anyone else they care to nominate. They cannot be combined but if, for example, your mother has enough to use for an outbound journey and your father for the inbound then they can be used accordingly.
