VS Gatwick Delays

There seem to have been a lot of LGW VS delays lateley - today I noticed at least 3 flights had delays of over 2 hours.

Is this to do with the Summer Holidays or another reason, and will it continue or should September be more reliable?

It's more likely to be weather-related. Between Gustav in the Caribbean and thunderstorms which are prevalent at this time of the year in the Orlando area it's likely that the inbound flights came in late thus creating delays
