Clubhouse guests

What's the procedure for getting a guest into the CH? Should I tell VS before, or can they just roll up on the day - he'll be turning up about an hour after me.

Just turn up on the day and let the CH front desk know. When he turns up he shows his boarding card and tells them he is your guest. All being equal he'll be allowed in.
