Tier query

I am currently silver, my membership period runs out end of september 09 I have already 16 points, so the membership has been renewed. Will this mean I will only need four points to keep my silver from sept 10, or do I have to obtain another ten points after sept 09 and is ther any point in the silver card

10 points after your year ends - no carry over

Silver is useful if you fly in economy as you can check in at the PE desks, so apart from that and a few extra miles, it's not worth much.
