Assistance at LHR

So my wife and 14 month are due to meet me in heathrow on sat to fly out to dubai sat night, i was supposed to be travelling with them but am held up in japan and wont arrive until 2 hrs after them. They arrive into teminal 1 and was wondering as i am flying upper class would VA help wife get from t1 to t3 check in with 2 suitcases and a baby+ pram

To the best of my knowledge Virgin don't provide porters, even for Upper, but you can rent a Skycap to the hard graft.
