thanks for miles for shopping tips

a thank you to those who tipped the Virgin shopping partners click through link.

I just bought a $2600 television on eBay, (nice new Samsung HDTV) and should get 2miles/ 1$ spent on that purchase (special double rate this month), plus 1.5 miles per $ for paying with my Virgin Amex card, meaning 9100 miles onto the account.

whilst that isn't exactly a huge amount, it isn't to be sneezed at either, and as I would have not been aware of this connection, means a tidy bonus out of the blue!
