Just wondering how long it 'normally' takes for a new e-ticket to be sent?

I was on the VS27 on 7 May which has now been cancelled and have been moved to the VS15 instead - v. good service by the premier team who advised a new e-ticket would be sent.

I've normally received e-tickets very promptly but just wondered if this was different for a case of changed flights?

Thanks

If you go into 'manage my booking' on the VS website, there is a facility to resene your eticket If it doesn't come through after you do this, it may be worth ringing them as they sometimes have problems sending to certain ISPs - including , ironically, virgin. Net

Thanks Nick, already been on there but for some reason the 'resend eticket' box is not there, unlike on my earlier booking - very odd.

Mystery solved :) Apparently it has to go to 'manual' ticketing because I've moved flights, this can take up to 48 hours, especially due to the current weather conditions.

They once told me it can take up to 6 weeks! Absurd!

I've had a very mixed bag of experiences with e-ticket's, sometimes they never come through, but my booking is usually on the internet so I relax
