VIRGIN SALE FLIGHTS - USING MILES and MONEY

Can someone advise me of the following please:-

I am purchasing some seats to Miami in the summer on Virgin usinging their sale fares and also using money plus some air miles. My question is ...... Using these particular tickets can a name be changed for a fee??

Pretty sure name changes aren't allowed on any tickets (full fare could be cancelled and then rebooked), but someone will be long to confirm this.

See item 4.3.2 of the T & C..

Date changes are permitted for a fee but, as with all non refundable / restricted buckets, name changes are not permitted.
