V Interesting and SRB is correct there there is too much use of 'they' as an excuse.
'They' didn't load the right catering.
'They' didn't put your bag in the priority bin
'They' called UC pax to the gate too early etc etc
But just because SRB didn't mention us pax in his piece dosn't mean 'they' or do I mean 'we' arn't involved.

All right talking about no coffeemaker but take an example from the new A333s.
Unlike all other VS aircraft they have no crew rest.
So nowhere for crew to go for any form of break away from the demands of passengers in a potentially 8 hour flight. And in a YWY configuration on the MCO run that can be an extremely busy flight.
So was this a result of middle management working alongside crew and arriving at a decision that rest was not needed - or was it simply presented as a fait-accompli?
Or perhaps someone from VS crew can tell me I'm wrong...
