OUTBOUND

Nightcap & Turndown

Indulgent hot chocolate with a shortbread biscuit.
Soothing camomile tea with an Artisan chocolate caramel truffle.
Single malt whisky and cheese straw nibbles.

Supper

Poached flaked salmon salad with avocado, feta cheese, pea shoots and fresh mint with a lemon vinaigrette dressing
Cheese plate with crackers and red grapes
Fruit plate with a selection of seasonal fruits

Hot Supper Tray
Lavender and garlic infused lamb with crushed minted new potatoes, green beans, buttered carrots and thyme gravy
Seared herb cod in pimento sauce with parsley new potatoes, wilted spinach and green beans
Chickpea, chilli and coriander cakes with cumin roasted sweet potatoes, sunblush tomatoes and onion raita

All trays come with a virgin house salad with lemon vinaigrette dressing and you choice of basil and olive oil bread, sun dried tomato bread, basil bread or a slice of whetgerm loaf.

To finish, please ask the cabin crew for our selected cheeses or desert. N.B Desert was blueberry cheesecake.

Breakfast

Selection of breakfast cereals - choose from cornflakes, weetabix, rude museli or special K.
