quick question......How does one obtain their PNR if booked through Virgin Holidays for a Virgin flight?

There is also the following option which doesn't require the considerable delights of VH customer service!

Go to manage your flights on the VS site, fill in the required details, your name and VH booking reference, and you will get:

Sorry, we were unable to retrieve your booking. Please check the details you gave us below and let us know the flight number and departure date of the flight and try again.

Fill in the required extra info (date and flight number) click on retrieve booking and bingo. On the first page you get to you will find your VS PNR in the top right corner. From then use that to avoid having to submit information twice each time. y)
