VS Amex refer a friend

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to refer a friend to the VS amex, I did one back in Feb and got 1000miles from it, but cant find the link anymore.

Failing that, if you go onto the online banking section of the credit card website, before you enter your username look on the right hand side and it says about referring a friend.

I rather cheekily referred my wife too it and I'm now waiting for the miles.
