According to the FSM - no APU and no airport air con. Oh dear it's really bad but the crew are lovely!

had a similar experience a few weeks ago on VS011 at Heathrow. cabin crew were handing out iced towels instead of hot ones
I really hope the crew stay lovely, it appears to be the only positive on offer at the moment!
A purple boarding card, pre-booked cowshed treatment, glass of T10 with lime, a proper amenity kit, packet of polos and a Freedom Menu please!

Which plane was this? We had the same problem last month with G-VGAS.
We were informed that "a failed APU does not affect the actual flying of the plane and the A/C would come on when the plane becomes airbourne".
