Very normal question, please don't worry.

Just think of it as if you were going to the airport. You will be flying on a Virgin Atlantic plane so you will have to go to the Virgin Atlantic desk to give them your luggage to put it on the plane and get your boarding card.

There is the CO flight number option somewhere at the online check-in stage, as you do not have Virgin's reference number for your booking, only that from Continental, you may have to find your booking with your ticket number.

Do not worry if there are any glitches as you will have no problem doing everything at the airport.
