VS011 10 NOV 2010

Does anyone happen to know what might have caused the delay to VS011 to BOS today? It shows almost a 7 hour delay.

I was in the lounge going out on vs10, I think it started with a mechanical issue that they tried to fix, then had to bring in a whole new plane. They also then switched crew/pilots so the Boston lot were on our flight, some of them not so happily.
