Just tried to speak to Flying Co (14:20) and the recorded message is the closed as outside of business hours one. Snow problems?
Could be everyone has been diverted to the normal lines.

And FCo only has very restricted hours nowadays ... but, I was told that VS was reinvigorating it, obviously not yet.

FCo is open Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
It will either be the staff not bring able to get in or all lines have been diverted to deal with the wealth of calls VS are receiving today.

Oh that's good then that they've returned to normal - I haven't called in a while but the last time I did, I had a recorded message saying the line was only staffed from 10-12 am and 2-4 pm.
