Virgin ref not recognised

I've booked a VS flight through expedia, and asked for the booking ref I need for the flight. The number they gave me goes nowhere, but when I went to my flying club account, my flight's showing there - and it has what i assume is a VS booking ref - it's 6 digits and certainly looks as I'd expect it to be.

So I'm puzzled - when I input the number and my name, it comes up with no match. Any idea why this would be folks?

Do you have a middle name? Last time I booked on expedia (but not for VS) I had to put it in (probbaly for secure flight) and when that was transferred to the airline it ran into my first name with no gaps and I had to enter that combined name to get access to the booking.

Ah yes, that's right, on expedia it does show with my names all run together. I'll try - thanks!
