Please sort these problems out VS 
! .Not only has my booking reference not been recognised all day but the website is now down ! ! ! so no online check -in for me (or anybody else).Just called Premier to be told it is down for maintenance and my seat request is nowhere to be seen ( and the very helpful agent can't re-request as -24hrs ! ! ).
Oh well, at least it's warm here
