VS010 - departure time query.

Got my red envelope today and noticed were booked on the VS 010 return to LHR on 25th Jan. But it days 22.25. When booked it said 20.30. So what's the normal time for this flight or can they change a lot?

The normal time is 22:25 or there about. At least that's what I think as I'm on VS010 this Friday and I depart at 22:25. I've never heard of it departing at 20:30 as VS046 departs at 19:50, so I think the departures would be too close. I don't know if you are in UC or not, but VS010 is a snooze zone flight.

Not uc. Economy at the mo but hoping to upgrade. Oh and on upgrades. Any idea of costs

Is it possible you misread / miswrote the time for 22.30 as 20.30?

It does happen. Unless you have some proof such as the confirmatory e-mail from VS or your travel agent thats the only solution I can see for this 'change'

Though the 'red envelope' indicates (it I am right) that this was a VH booking in which case you could query it with them IF you have some other proof of a 20.30 departure.

As to the upgrade cost - if you check in 'manage your booking' there may be an offer on there. If there is and you want to upgrade and are happy with the price then do it there and then. There is no guarentee that they will be available at airport or the same prine (this applies for yor outbond too - I saw your other thread)
