My Flying Club account just ticked over into Silver and membership number has of course changed.
Sadly, I have also lost my extensive click-through shopping history so I have been unable to verify if a couple of recent and sizeable transactions have registered. Any tips?

I didnt bother to bring this up but this happened to me late january and as yet still dont have it resolved, i have however been in touch with a very friendly and efficient girl in customer relations who can recognise there is a problem that my history and purchases have disappeared.
Oddly all my purchases are coming through and even some today from back in late january, albeit untrackable!
Until its fixed i am using my wifes fc account to make spends so i dont mind as im am being kept in the picture by c-relations

yes when you change status in FC (up and down) you get a new FC number (but they are all linked in the VS system)
