On line and twilight checkin

I'm travelling on 20th Match on VS031 to St Lucia, can i both check in online and then drop bags at airport on the day before the flight? Or can i only drop bags the day before if i use twilight check in.

You can checkin online, then drop bags at twilight checkin in the evening if you like.
