LGW baggage question

...if I may y) I got my other arf a Paul Smith matching roll on and shoulder bag, we are flying a combination of VS, VX, United Airlines and being business he can take them onboard, however we
are flying BA from LGW to MAN on our homeward trek, on the LGW website it says "you are permitted only one item of handluggage" it then goes on to say some airlines allow a handbag check with your airline. Its ok to take them on the BA plane BUT are we only allowed to go through security with one bag?

Take as many as you like! I have yet to see security enforce any limits on the number of bags people take through. Just remember the liquids rules though.

FWIW I think you'll be fine .I always have a pull along and a (usually huge :0 :0 ) handbag and nobody has ever said a peep at security .
I'd like airport security staff to try and remove anything PS or LV from my possession ): ): ....
