Aircraft changes LGW-MCO

So having a pretty stressful time at work currently, hence the lack of posting here! Decided to book myself a flight for two weeks time across the pond to see the parents in Florida.

All perfectly worked out- decided to fly out on a Monday as the VS booking system told me that the 330 was due to operate the 27! Booked up, all very excited about testing out the new IFE and finally being able to sit in the new style PE seats.

Low and behold I go onto the 'manage my booking' system to find that the 27 is showing as a 744!!! VS booking system still shows a 330- having said that the VS website is clearly having issues tonight, I keep getting the 'sorry we have a technical issue please call...'! Someone please give me the good news and tell me that I will be on a 330!

I'm assuming you're flying out on Monday 23rd May? If so, Expert flyer is showing a 333 config for the flight at present too.

just did a dummy and the 27 is coming up as the A330

THe schedules are showing a mix of 747 and A330 the past few weeks but mainly the 747 - 5 out of 6 departures

Good that VS are getting the loads butbad for you !

Yeh rather annoying as had decided to fly out on Monday 30th instead of Sunday 29th because it was showing as a 330 over a 744 on the Sunday. As you say Tonty it is good to see that VS are getting the loads, though it is half term so almost expected it should be a double 744 ex LGW.
