Bag drop queues

We are flying from Manchester 10:25am on Thursday November 3rd (VS075). We usually stay at the Radisson and drop our bags at bag drop prior to 7am before going for breakfast at the hotel. This time we are thinking of saving some money and staying at a hotel off site. Does anyone know the typical queues at bag drop and immigration if we were to arrive at bag drop between about 8:15am and 9am? Also what time do they start boarding economy?

Boarding generally starts an hour before the flight is due to depart, however, this does vary.

Predicting the bag drop queue times is tough, earlier the better I'd say!
