Hello from the Escape Lounge at T2 Manchester

Good morning All,

Well here I am waiting for my flight to Orlando on the VS75. Check in agent a little surly and I had to ask for my lounge invite, though she advised me I was the only Au on the VS75!!

Security ok and now sat with a coffee, cranberry juice and a lovely crossiant!

I was escorted to the lounge from the reception desk the "dedicated business section" (right from reception) which actually is very good, though slightly busy. y)

.....and did you? I would have thought that as the only Au onboard a cordial 'hello' is the least that could have been expected.

Enjoy mate, I think I picked the right 2 weeks 12/6/11 - 26/06/11 the weather was brilliant until the last day and seemingly it has not stopped raining and storming since I got home.

No matter the weather you can always enjoy a Virgin flight and an Orlando break!!

Ok, didn't get a special hello but did get an extra glass of fizz before take off (not offered to everyone) and towards the end of the flight was asked if I would like another cookie - I said yes and three came in a little bag - again didn't see anyone else offered this...

I was also personally thanked as I left the aircraft and asked when I was travelling back...

Ok very small things but I think they were due to been a Au though could be wrong, a great flight. TR to follow shortly.
