According to this study, the VS Web site beats BA's ... I must be missing something, I find BA's to be so much better (and reliable and more fully functional)!

Ba has a better site hands down and no question, I assume the study was done in-house at Virgin Towers.

Really suprised, VS definitely has more downtime than BA.

However, looking at the survey, mobile versions of the site are taking into account and IMHO VS offer a better mobile version.

I was very impressed with BA's iphone app last month, felt like a big kid with my iphone boarding pass.
