Trying to contact Virgin from California, started before 6pm local time and just given up after more than an hour.

Tried all the numbers I can find, UC direct to UK, Gold 1-800 line in the US etc.

No answer on anything!!!

Soooo frustrating.

I need to make a change to my flight tomorrow.

Unfortunately I think you'll just have to keep holding. It seems virgin are severely understaffed at present leading to massive wait times!

I tried calling the Upper class line from Vegas a few weeks ago on the US 800 number - took 15 minutes to get through to someone, 2 minutes for them to check that availability for my change of dates was available (which I already had done on the website) and then I was on hold for another 15 minutes whilst they calculated how much it would cost which ended up as just the $50 change fee.

Very frustrating

I called on Saturday morning UK time to make a new booking and got through to the premier team in 2 mins and was all sorted quite quickly, so I guess - as they say in the US - your milage may vary.

I have huge sympathy for those who can't get through. I was stuck in New York in that situation when the volcanic ash cloud caused chaos last year. I had several 2-3 hour waits trying to get it sorted.
