Hi

We are travelling LGW/MCO in October and November this year and have booked seats in PE.

Can anyone tell me where the Sky Cot (Bassinet) seats are located on the LGW 747 / A330 (we fly out on 747 and back on 330)

I am told by reservations that these seats exist but have no idea where they are in PE on each aircraft type

Help appreciated

I know on the LGW 747's there is a sky cot position at the front of the PE cabin upstairs, so ROW 70 HK, not sure on the A330 as the only real place to have one would be row 18, but it is a huge gap between the seats and the bulkhead and I can't see it would be safe.

When I returned to Manchester on the new a330 in April, the sky cot was at the front of the PE section and the room available was massive. The mother was playing on the floor with her toddler most of the flight while the baby was in the cot. She had loads of room for changing & all the other things babies need during a flight. There is a photo in my thread here forum/index.php?f=6&t=268656&rb_v=viewtopic
If it's the same aircraft, you'll have loads of room.

Hi,

There is a sky cot located at seats 81 AC on the 747, this is in the downstairs PE section, i find this a lot quieter and more exclusive than the bubble upstairs as there are only 2 rows.

Enjoy your trip :)

SHG wrote:Agreed with Katie, the skycots are found at the very front of PE, 19AC and 19HK I believe. Lovely and roomy.

The first PE row is 18AC & HK, not row 19.
