Barbados Reward Sale

Just logged into MMB to see an offer listed as the "best reward seat offer yet" for 20,000.

Doesn't appear to be listed in the Reward Sale section of the VS website.

The link won't post but it's the first page I see when logging into my MMB.

Barbados in economy is 39,500 points plus just under 300 quid in taxes and surcharges.
How much of a bargain that is must be subject to some debate - especially when you compare it to travel to Tokyo in Upper for 80K (plus the shed loads of surcharges) 8D

I've noticed a few tweaks and changes with the VS website over the past few days, perhaps part of the overhaul they are currently completing.

I can only think that some of the recent nightime closures of MMB has been due to VS testing some of the new work, however, it seems when they are restoring it, it's incorrect.

I'm seeing all sorts of out of date info today, that certainly wasn't there yesterday.

Barbados for 20,000 in Y would have been tempting but as you say, the correct 39,500 not quite as sweet!

I'll save my miles for an LHR-SYD G me thinks!
