15% off buying and giving Flying Club miles

The subject says it all, really. From today there is a one month sale in which the price of "buy" miles or "gift" miles is reduced by 15%.

I cannot understand why Virgin charges to transfer miles to another frequent flyer account,BMI does not do this.
