Question about seats to MCO June 2012

Virgin Atlantic Boeing 747 we are flying in June 2012 to MCO Orlando and in premium economy and sitting upstairs every time we have flown premium we get purple leather seats and worried the ones from LGW are cloth is this right? we changed from the Airbus a330-300 to Boeing anyone know the seat layout or materials of seats and is there room in the bubble upstairs?

thanks tontybear this is really helpful this now answers my question why we cant pre book our seat on the boeing as they will be re fitted in april we fly in june so i hope we are on the newly re fitted aircraft!

There will be 2 maybe 3 of the 747's refitted by June, so the %'s are against you, but you might get lucky.

I sat upstairs on G-VROS last week and it is cloth. Hope you get the refit PE by June.
