OLCI

My self, wife and granddaughter are flying from Manchester to Heathrow then onto NYC. We have booked through Continental flying BMI to Heathrow, VA to NYC.
Can we use OLCI for the Manchester to Heathrow and Heathrow to NYC and would this be done on the BMI site or Virgin Atlantic site.
