Yet another IT quality control issue!
Do they have BA moles working in IT at VS
Just shoddy - seems a lot of "mistakes" and "dithering" these days....from the outside, it looks like bad management.
Concorde RIP - the most amazing machine to grace our skies
I think that is fair enough - I get fed up seeing one price , filling in the details and then getting to the payment page where the price is different.
Even now I still feel irritated when I use the VS AX to pay for a VS ticket and they charge me extra for the privelidge of using their card.

Well, I quite agree, but I don't see how this is at the door of IT, sounds more like marketing to me.

Oh dear!! New Head of IT and Marketing needed VS!!
Its down to the Legal department, Marketing would never be allowed to send anything out into the public domain without it being checked first, to open to abuse.

Yes its just sloppy - just look at the 'Upper Case' email sent out yesterday !
And the response from Greg on FB was 'we don't want to come across as sloppy ...'
Huzzah for International Jet-setting !

Agreed - every large company has an "Advertising Review Process" which would certainly require a review of any advertising materials by a forum that includes Legal and Compliance subject matter experts.
So either the marketing team did not seek the appropriate internal sign offs, or someone on Virgin's Advertising Review team needs to go back to school. Nothing to do with "IT"...
