Has anyone else experienced the poor excuse for free Wifi at the JFK Clubhouse?
I flew VS 46 last night and had to let the staff know how frustrating their lack of reliable connectivity is. They all agreed, promising with the new Clubhouse opening in January, all will magically be solved.
I felt vindicated by the number of fellow passengers who individually came up to me after hearing me vent this frustration to the Clubhouse managers, who thanked me for being so vociferous after repeatedly experiencing the same frustration.
While the Clubhouse management was helpful and sympathetic, it seems completely unacceptable to market UC to business travelers only to let them down on such a basic service in this always-on digital age.
Anyone have thoughts on this?
