Redeeming Miles Question

Having now collected over 30000 VS miles I decided last Friday (28th Oct) to redeem my miles for £150 towards a Virgin holiday to California next year in the form of vouchers as detailed here
I called VS Flying club to do this and was advised all had gone through.

checking my flying club balance today (6 days later) there is still no change to my miles balance and i have heard nothing further from VS

do i need to call them or send a message to customer services or should i wait a bit longer?

having never used any of my miles before i don't know if this takes time to process but i would of thought my miles balance would have dropped by now.

any thoughts??

Don't do it !!!! 30k miles are worth far more than 150 quid !
Buy a Y ticket and 30k will get you into UC one way - that is worth way more than 10 times your 150 quid.

yes but on a budget for this trip so the £150 off will give me a few dollars to spend in the US

the vouchers are poor value, as you have to book a full brochure price holiday, no online discounts can be combined with them
