SFO CH - opening time and earliest can get in

Hi guys
In SFO at moment, on Monday will be checking out at 10am. Can you tell me what time the SFO CH opens, and if it's before VS checkin opens, can it be accessed by VS UC?

There are metal shutters that close it off outside of hours, and printed on them are the opening times:

Sunday: 3:00pm-6:15pm
Monday: 4:00pm-7:15pm
Tuesday: 4:00pm-7:15pm
Wednesday: 3:00pm-6:15pm
Thursday: 3:00pm-6:15pm
Friday: 3:00pm-6:15pm
Saturday: 4:00pm-7:15pm

Paul I thought it was 4 hours before departure when the check-in opens and the VS20 on Monday leaves at 16.30 so that would be 12.30. (hasn't the departure time changed recently?)

The info on the VS airports page needs updating as it says checkin opens at 15:50 good luck to them with checking everyone in on time and getting an on-time 16:30 departure

Andy - yes if you are flying UC you can access it. the check-in staff will give you an invitation and it is pre security - entrance close to the museum which is worth a visit as are the display cases dotted around the terminal.

Maybe with the reset of flight times recently, things have changed again (and indeed, when I remember it being a 4:30pm departure I was in there around 1pm).

Indeed, it used to be 4 hours before, hence I was surprised when I got there (AFTER checking in) to find it closed...

How does this pre security Clubhouse work? Is there a fasttrack channel you come out to go through, or do you often get stuck behind a bunch of people loading up?

When I was there a couple of weeks ago, I rocked up at 1:30pm as our flight left at 5:30pm and the Clubhouse was just opened. I would say its probably 4 hours before the departure as I also saw the same opening times on the door as Paul.

Confused now - just rang UC FC who have told me both checkin and CH open at 1230 tomorrow.
This contadicts what's on their website!

At times the VS is hopeless at not having basic information on it and if it is there it not being checked and updated on a regular basis.

Laughable - just phoned again to be told checkin opens 1330, CH 1245

Really lame how their comms team can't update a simple webpage

Can't believe I asked exactly the same question as andyk, sorry for the confusion of threads but at least I have the answer. Thats what I get using my limited galaxy phone for using the web!
