Hi,

Just logged onto my Flying Club account to see if some recent spends via the Online Shopping link had registered and were being progressed;

However...

It appears all my information via the My Shopping History link has vanished.
No purchases and no Clicks. Nothing!

Could this be because my FC number has recently changed? (Silver back to Red - after 10 years...)

Or is anyone else experiencing problems?

I expect it's due to your change in FC status. I logged into my account earlier with no problems at all.

Sounds like I may have lost all the recent shopping I've done...

Last week I ordered two xbox 360s from Pixmania (3 miles/£), so that's 1200 miles. Plus I had a code for an extra 200 miles per purchase over £40 - so I ordered them in two separate transactions using the code each time.

Hate to lose the 1600 miles!

Still, 800 miles from the AMEX card...

I'll send FC an email later this week if the data doesn't repopulate.

Dragging his thread back up again, I logged in to check recent purchases and data from 2011 and 2012 is missing.

I am due around 1500 miles from the recent promo which seem to have disappeared.

Anyone else have the same problem?

(craigmonster, did yours appear ? )

David, I did but I had to go via the missing miles link on the shopping site. They email and ask for confirmation receipts - works really quickly. I guess they manually load them on. To be honest, I ended up with bonus miles that I wasn't expecting! Luckily for me I'm really obsessive with keeping emails! All-in-all it was a really painless service - I'll be doing the same again shortly for some Curry's miles that haven't appeared...
