Hey Everyone,

Been lurking a while, but since I have some flights coming up on VS (SYD to HKG, HKG to LHR, JFK to LHR, LHR to HKG, and HKG to SYD), I thought I'd ask a question of the bright and knowledgable people here.

My JFK flight is on VS004 in Upper, which gets in at 6am-ish to LHR, and later that day at 2pm I'll be heading on to Berlin on BMI. Is it okay to hang out in Revivals for most of the time between flights, or would be it worthwhile to book into the Yotel in terminal 4 for a few hours to nap?

It's my first Upper class flight, so I've no idea what Revivals is like.

Thanks!

It's a good idea to consider the Yotel for some proper nap time!

I was just watching the JNB flight come in on flightradar24, at around 7 a.m. today ... when considering whether to hang out in revivals consider that it's not really designed as a place to spend time in, like the Clubhouse is. There are around 20 shower rooms and then a breakfast restaurant area (mostly small tables and chairs) and small spa, no real lounging areas. Of course, most people shower, eat, maybe get a spa treatment, and leave, and while I don't think you'd be disencouraged from spending several hours there, it'll get dull pretty quickly.

Revivals isn't an area where you'd want to hang around for an extended amount of time IMHO....
As has already been said, it's an area to grab a shower / freshen-up , grab a bite to eat, and then to move on....
It's certainly no CH and reckon after an hour or so there you'd be bored rigid.......

I've had to hang out in Revivals for some time while awaiting for a 2pm flight and it really does get boring. There's one bit mid-morning when all the early morning arrivals have gone and the bank of mid morning flights (JFK, LAX, SFO) haven't arrived and you could be the only one in there. As others have said, it's geared to a shower/eat/run clientele
