FC renewal hasn't happened

My FC year ends more or less at the end of the calendar year, but my TPs haven't been zeroed online, and nor have I received a new card. Also, the normal item on my FC account that announces renewal hasn't been posted.

Anyone else in a similar situation? My first thought is that it will just be an IT issue...

is it not on a rolling 13 month renewal

last year mine expired end of November 2011, so this year is from 1st Dec 2011, to 31st Dec 2012

You are correct, I just looked at the T&Cs. I didn't realise this.

Not so long ago (I think), when you logged into your account, it gave you details of your membership year. I wish they'd bring that back.

I too wish that they would bring that back as it made it very easy to work it out y)
