Hello All,

I have just booked our Christmas 2012 holiday to Orlando and wondered if someone can explain why I am able to see and select seats from the seating map for our return flight on January 7th 2013 but the message "We're sorry, the seat(s) you have chosen are not available. You are still shown in your original seat(s)" appears when I try to submit the request. I understand that we are not currently able to select seats for the outbound journey so was surprised to see the seating map available for the return leg and that I was able to select the seats but not actually submit the request.

The simple answer to why you can see a seat map but not request actual seats is the VS IT department being it's usual efficient self !

Don't worry as ALL pax are affected by this restriction.
